Edwin Fischer (1886 - 1960), pianist and conductor, performs the Prelude and Fugue in F sharp minor, BWV 859, from Book I of the Well Tempered Clavier.
Fischer was the first pianist to make a complete recording (between 1933 and 1936) of Das Wohltemperierte Klavier.
